Values entered into the calculators are used to produce the result shown in the current browser session. The public tools do not require a FlyPolicy account.
Local document analysis
Offer Autopsy and Booking Decoder process screenshots, PDFs and pasted text locally in your browser by default. The local engine does not create a persistent document library. Detected booking references, ticket numbers, names, email addresses, telephone numbers and payment-like identifiers are masked. Do not submit documents that you are not authorized to review.
Optional AI verification
Additional verification runs only after you actively select the consent control and request it, and is not offered under the free service to users in the European Economic Area, Switzerland or the United Kingdom. FlyPolicy sends masked OCR text and locally extracted fields to an external AI processor; the original screenshot or PDF is not sent by this feature. Under the processor’s Unpaid Services terms, submitted masked text and generated responses may be used to improve its products and may be processed by human reviewers. Remove all personal, sensitive and confidential information before continuing. The complete local result remains available when optional verification is not used or cannot be completed.
Service records
FlyPolicy may retain limited request, device and security records needed to protect and improve the service. Optional verification responses are returned without application-level caching. We do not sell personal information.
External services
Optional AI processing and links to airlines, travel sellers and flight-search services are governed by those services’ own privacy terms. FlyPolicy does not control their content, data practices or checkout process.
